Returns Policy

Exercise of the Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with European consumer protection regulations, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without providing any reason within 14 (fourteen) days from the day on which the Customer (or a third party designated by the Customer) acquires physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must:

1. Use the dedicated electronic withdrawal function available at:
   https://shopify.com/55393976386/account
2. Wait for the return authorization confirmation email from the Company.
3. Return the product by following the instructions provided in the paper return form included in the original shipment.

Return Shipping Costs and Procedures

The return shipment and all related costs are entirely borne by the Customer.
The use of a trackable courier service is strongly recommended. The Company shall not be liable for any damage, theft, or loss of goods returned through untracked shipping methods.

Should the received product not correspond to the order placed, the Customer must promptly notify the Company by email at shop@pmj.it in order to receive instructions regarding the handling of the claim and the replacement of the product at the Company's expense.

It is not possible to return a product purchased on the official shop pmj.it at any official PMJ physical retail store.

Product Condition Requirements

Products must be returned intact, in their original packaging, undamaged, unaltered, unstained, and complete with all accessories, tags, labels, and original documentation.

The product may only be handled to the extent necessary to verify its size and fit.

Any actual use of the product is strictly prohibited, including, but not limited to, use while riding a motorcycle.

The Customer is responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning. If the returned goods do not comply with the above conditions, the withdrawal request may be rejected and a full refund may not be granted.

Refund Procedure and Timing

Upon receipt of the returned goods and verification of compliance with the above conditions, the Company will reimburse all payments received from the Customer relating to the withdrawn order, including standard delivery costs.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
