Returns Policy

The customer has the right to return their order within 14 days of receipt.

Return shipping costs are entirely at the customer’s expense.

Customers are invited to carefully consult the size guide before making a purchase. In the event of selecting an incorrect size, return shipping costs will be borne by the customer. The company assumes no responsibility for incorrect size selection.

In case of defects or discrepancies with the order, please notify us immediately by email at shop@pmj.it we will assist you as soon as possible in resolving the issue.

The customer may use the original packaging (bag or box) in which the products were delivered, or any other suitable cardboard box. The customer is responsible for properly packaging the returned product to prevent damage during transit.

Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused, undamaged, unsoiled, and complete with all accessories, tags, instructions, and documentation. Returned items must not have been used (in particular, for motorcycle riding); they may only be tried on for fit. Products must be in a condition suitable for resale as new.

Please package the item as indicated in the conditions and include the "return form" inside the parcel.

If the returned product does not comply with the above conditions, the withdrawal will not be valid and a full refund will not be issued.

Ship the return at your own expense to the indicated address. It is recommended to use a tracked shipping service. In case of loss of the returned product, no refund will be issued.

Once your return has been received at our warehouse, we will inspect it and, if compliant, proceed with a full refund. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Shipping costs, financial charges and banking fees related to payment processing (credit card, PayPal) are entirely borne by the customer and will not be refunded under any circumstances.

SIZE EXCHANGE

It is possible to request a size exchange within 14 days from the receipt of the order.

To proceed with the exchange, it is necessary to fill out the return form received with the order, specifying the desired new size, and include it inside the package.

The return shipping costs are entirely at the customer’s expense. It is recommended to use a trackable shipping service. Any loss of the returned product will not allow the size exchange nor the refund.

The product must be returned in compliance with the conditions stated above.

Once the return has been received and inspected, we will proceed with shipping the requested new size, subject to availability in stock.

In case the requested size is not available, the customer may choose a refund or an alternative product, with payment of any price difference if the new product has a higher cost.
