In case of defects or discrepancies from what was ordered, please notify us immediately by email We will guide you as soon as possible to solve the problem.

The customer has the right to proceed with the return of his order within 14 days of receipt.

Pack as indicated in the conditions and insert the "RETURN FORM" inside the package.

Send your return at your expense to the address indicated. (Prefer traceable shipments).

The Customer may use the envelope or box in which the products were shipped, or any other cardboard box of a size useful to contain the product to be returned. In other words, the Customer undertakes to pack the product to be returned in the best possible way to prevent it from being damaged.

The products must be packed in their original packaging, undamaged, damaged, or soiled and equipped with all possible accessories, instructions for use and documentation. The returned products must not have been used by the Customer (for motorcycle rides); the only permitted use being that of test wearability; in general, the products must be in such a state as to allow them to be resold as new.

If the returned product does not comply with what has just been described, the withdrawal will not be effective and there will be no full refund.

The return shipment is charged to the customer. It is advisable to send the return by courier with traceable shipping. Any loss of the returned product will not allow a refund.

Once your return arrives in our warehouses, we will check its status and, if everything complies with the requirements, we will proceed with a full refund of the amount you spent. The refund will be made on the same platform used for the payment.

The costs of the return are charged to the customer.

The shipping cost (€. 15,00), the financial charges and bank commissions relating to payment management (Credit card, Paypal) are definitively charged to the customer and will not be reimbursed by the seller.
