Shipping and delivery

PMJ undertakes to process the order and ship the goods within 48 hours of payment. Any delays in shipping procedures will be promptly communicated to the customer.

The goods are shipped throughout express courier. The order shipping costs are €14,99.

Shipping to the United Kingdom and Switzerland
Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.

The order will be shipped to the address provided at the time of purchase.
It is not possible to change the delivery address once the order has been shipped.
It is also not possible to request delivery on a specific date or at a specific time.

Requests for delivery to a pickup point must be made directly by the customer to the courier.

We therefore invite you to make sure that, at the time of ordering, you provide a delivery address where someone will always be available to receive the package.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation by email and a tracking number with which you can follow the shipment at any time.

Delivery times, barring unforeseen events or force majeure, are generally 24/48 hours from the date of shipment.

Upon the arrival of your order, we ask you to carefully check that the package is intact, not damaged, or wet and in any case compliant with the standard characteristics of a package; that the personalized adhesive tape is entire and not tampered with; that the number of packages indicated on the waybill corresponds to the number of packages delivered. If these characteristics are not such, please sign the delivery of your order with "Subject to control" and communicate it promptly.
