WHO IS REALLY BEHIND PMJ
Behind the PMJ Brand are real people—6 people, to be precise. Even before being a company, we are a team.
Each of us has a specific role, but when needed, boundaries disappear: we all come together to pack orders in the warehouse, prepare everything for a trade fair, discuss the fine details of a new model, or simply lend a hand wherever it's needed.
There are those who design a new collection, those who speak every day with customers and distributors on the other side of the world, those who prepare orders, those who manage administration, and those who tell the brand's story. But ideas are often born together… yes, even for the new models launched in every collection. A coffee break, an impromptu meeting, or a quick question is all it takes for everyone to chip in.
We believe that a great product is also born from a great working environment, built on shared values. That is why we share responsibilities, goals, and—why not—plenty of laughter.
Garment production, on the other hand, takes place externally: cutting, tailoring, washing, ironing… everything remains in the Marche region, in workshops that, like us, believe in the value of MADE IN ITALY

Andrea
Founder, Product Designer & Italian Sales Manager
PMJ was born from his idea...
A motorcyclist before an entrepreneur, Andrea wanted to create motorcycle jeans unlike any other: protective, comfortable, and styled for everyday wear.
To this day, he still designs new models, oversees collection development, and coordinates production, turning every idea into a tangible product. In parallel, he leads the Italian sales network, maintaining direct relationships with agents and retailers.

Pragmatic, grounded, and with both feet firmly on the ground. He always has a clear goal in mind, but knows exactly when it's time to lighten the mood with a laugh.
Jari
Product Manager & International Sales Agent
If PMJ is present in over 60 countries worldwide, it is also thanks to his daily dedication.
Jari is the main point of contact for international distributors: every day he manages phone calls, video meetings, emails, and relationships with partners worldwide, building solid, lasting partnerships.
He is not physically based in the company office—working as an external collaborator—yet he works side by side with Andrea on technical product development, from sourcing new fabrics and protectors to defining the details that make every PMJ jean safe, innovative, and reliable.

A true Venetian, seemingly a bit gruff at first glance. But five minutes are all it takes to realize that underneath is a warm, loyal person capable of making clients and distributors feel like lifelong friends.
Lucia
Administration & Operations Management
There are activities that are rarely seen, but without which a company simply couldn't operate.
Lucia coordinates the entire administrative side of PMJ: accounting, invoicing, order processing, and operational management. She also supports the network of Italian sales agents, providing them with daily guidance and assistance.
She is an indispensable pillar who enables the entire team to work with order, precision, and efficiency.

She's the one who keeps everyone in line... yet always remaining calm and composed. Precision, care, and sweetness coexist perfectly in the way she works.
Diana
Communications & Marketing
Sharing PMJ's story is her craft.
She manages the brand identity, communication, and everything that allows people to discover the PMJ world in depth and detail.
And if you've ever written to us for sizing advice, product information, or pre-purchase assistance... chances are she was the one answering you.

A new idea is always just around the corner. She sees opportunities everywhere and, if she could, would talk about PMJ even while waiting for coffee at the bar.
Stefano
Warehouse & Logistics Manager
A major part of PMJ's daily organization depends on his work.
Stefano oversees the warehouse, prepares orders, manages inventory, and constantly monitors accessories, materials, and display setups intended for retail shops and events.
Every shipment, restock, and logistical detail passes through his supervision to ensure everything is ready at the right time.
In a nutshell:
Calm and dependable. You'll rarely see him lose his patience: whenever something needs organizing, he's already anticipated every detail.
Marco
Warehouse & Logistics
He works alongside Stefano, contributing to warehouse management and logistical operations.
He handles order preparation, material inspection, accessory organization, and supports all activities that allow the warehouse to function smoothly and efficiently.

A witty remark always comes at just the right moment. He works with dedication, yet always manages to bring a smile even on the busiest days.
