Size Exchange

The Customer may request a size exchange for the purchased product within 14 days of receiving it.

The request must be made by completing the return form included in the original shipment, indicating the desired new size, notifying the Company by email at shop@pmj.it, and returning the product, as instructed, to the address indicated on the return/size exchange form included with the original order.

The shipping costs for returning the product to our warehouse are entirely borne by the Customer.

The shipping costs for sending the replacement size from our warehouse to the Customer are borne by the Company.

It is not possible to request a size exchange for a product purchased on the official shop pmj.it at any official PMJ physical retail store.

Product Integrity Conditions

Products for which a size exchange is requested must be returned intact, in their original packaging, undamaged, unaltered, clean, and complete with all accessories, tags, labels, and original documentation.

The permitted use of the product is strictly limited to trying it on to verify the correct size and fit.

Any actual use of the product is strictly prohibited, including, by way of example, use while riding a motorcycle.

The Customer is liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning. Should the returned goods fail to comply with the above integrity conditions, the size exchange request will not be accepted.

Size Exchange Procedure and Timeframe

Once the returned product has been correctly received at our warehouse and its compliance with the above conditions has been verified, the Company will ship the requested replacement size.

Shipment of the replacement size is subject to verification of the returned product's integrity and the availability of the requested size in stock.

A maximum of 1 (one) size exchange is permitted per order.
